Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

We require 7 days notice to reschedule an appointment and if your appointment is on a Saturday we require 8 days notice. Less than this this notice deposit will be lost.

Late Cancellation: If you have paid the deposit then that will be lost. If not we will charge you 35% of the total booking value.

No Show : You will be charged 50% of the treatment offer.
